LED TRI-PROOF LIGHT
Design Lights Consortium (DLC)-qualified LED Tri-proof Lights are engineered for powerful lighting in harsh
environments. A vapor tight housing protects the light source from water and dirt, while new generation LEDs
and drivers provide higher efficacy and greater energy savings. The IP66-rated fixtures are designed to
replace less-efficient fluorescent strip lights in car wash operations, airports, tunnels, maintenance areas,
parking garages and stairwells.

Main feature:
Tri-proof lights mean waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion-proof. They are made with special corrosion-proof materials and a silicone sealing ring to realize protection requirements for the fixtures. From the ends where the cable comes out, there are waterproof PG connectors for a seamless connection, it secures the cable and keeps water and dust from entering. LED tri-proof lights are specially designed and also can withstand high pressure. The IP rating for tri-proof light is normally IP65, IP66, some can even reach IP68 and IP69.

LED Alu tri-proof lights are made with a completely new design with a modern appearance, product shape is more appealing to the general public. Unlike the conventional tri-proof fixture, the aluminum one is with end caps on both ends to seal the light.
As its housing is made with aluminum alloy, LEDs have a longer life span since it’s better to heat dissipation. The wattage can be also higher than the PC tri-proof lights of the same size. And more functions can be added together in the light, making it really versatile.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
(1) Consult a qualified electrician to ensure the correct branch circuit conductor.
(2)The product should be installed and operated by a qualified electrician or technician in
accordance with relevant local codes.
(3)Risk of electric shock. Ensure that the main power source is off when wiring or soldering
the sections of the product.

MAINTENANCE
(1) Before cleaning the product, ensure it has been disconnected from the power supply.
(2)Use a dry or slightly moistened cloth for cleaning.
(3)Never use any chemicals or abrasive materials for cleaning.
